The FreeCMS Team is comprised of a young, talented group of next generation web designers, engineers and leaders. We always keep one eye on emerging technology as we continue to provide top-notch products using today's available tools.
Many features implemented in FreeCMS are not unique, however the simplicity that you will find in using them, is. We know how valuable your time is and built FreeCMS from the ground up with ease and usability in mind.
Where we came from
The idea for FreeCMS was 'born' in 2008 after a search for a simple yet powerful CMS solution came up empty. Every CMS system that we found was either too complex or too simple. There was no middle ground.

Where we're going
This is where You come in. You guide our future. Unlike many companies and some of our compeditors, we believe that when it comes to an industry, the people using the product know more than the people selling it. This doesn't mean that we aren't always coming up with new and innovative features; it means that we will listen to you when it comes to which features should be worked on and implemented.
